Job Summary
The incumbent will contribute to the roll out and management of corporate and human resource initiatives, manage the company's job description management system, and ensure alignment and consistency in job titles across business units.
Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation to Human Resource Partners and management on compensation policies, planning, programs, and practices.
- Heavy participation in (3) annual merit increase cycles, and bonus goal setting evaluation processes; will act as Project Manager for assigned cycle(s).
- Oversee job description management system and ensure consistency with titling, role definition, requirements documentation.
- Partner with HRIS/HR Partners team to lead various audits on employee and job data in HRIS.
- Work with HR Partners to review/approve off-cycle pay adjustments and/or promotions; ensure recommendations align with internal governance.
