Job Summary

The position of Consumer Intelligence Analyst will provide essential support in the creation of strategies to grow the Orlando City and Orlando Pride fan bases. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of the CRM system along with supporting the design, development, and distribution of data analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences

2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Archtics, SQL, Excel/PowerPoint and Tableau preferred

Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with their team and business partners

Excellent communication skills (oral and written); excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills; excellent organization skills
