Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards, is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will also contribute to the developing Total Reward strategies that will support the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
7+ years of experience in both Compensation and Benefits functions.
Experience supporting compensation and benefits for an organization.
Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing and job evaluation methodologies.
High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
