I have over 20 years of coaching experience between the Collegiate and High School. I've been a Assistant Athletic Director and an Assistant Coach. I've run my own programs and I've assisted in the running of programs. I bring with me supervisory skills, managerial skills. Working in athletics and with student athletes is my passion.

Assistant Head Coach - I'm responsible for sprints, hurdles, middle distance and jumps. We have elevated our program to one of the top programs in the state of North Carolina. I've coached several state champions and all conference performers. Our group is consistently placed some of the top times in NC.

I was responsible for coaching the day-to-day operations of the program. We took the program from the bottom of the conference to top 3 finishes by both. We went from 1 All-American to 5 All-Americans. We Had National qualifiers every year and several All-conference student athletes during a 3 year period. Both programs had a Team GPA of over 3.0.

As an Assistant Director I was responsible for assisting the athletic Director in the day-to-day operations of the athletic department Track, my duties included recruiting, coaching sprints, hurdles, jumps and middle distance. Football, my duties included special teams coordinator, Defensive backs, and recruiting coordinator.

i was a student athlete. 5 time All-american in track and field. I was also made a captain my sophomore year. I also played basketball. I was given the duty of commissioner of intramurals my freshman year and carried out those duties until my senior year.
