Director of Annual Giving

Job Summary

The AGO will manage a portfolio of 150 annual gift donors and prospects, provide strategies to renew and upgrade existing donors, assist in designing special athletic events, work with University Advancement Operations to identify and rate new prospects, write gift proposals, represent Athletics, and promote volunteer engagement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree with two to four years of successful fundraising or related work experience.
2. Successful track record of identifying, cultivating, and stewarding, annual and major gifts.
3. Preferred experience working in intercollegiate athletic fundraising.
4. Ability to work independently, but collaboratively, in a goal-oriented team environment.
5. Knowledge and understanding of philanthropy and fundraising principles.
