Job Summary

The graduate assistant throws coach position is a 10-month position which reports to the Head Cross Country/Track and Field Coach and Director of Athletics. The graduate assistant coach is responsible for: assisting with on-field coaching and with the organization and implementation of a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, possibly supervising student coaches and/or managers, supporting the strength and conditioning program, representing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with NCAC, NCAA and institutional rules and regulations.
