Job Summary

The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at North Central College is responsible for supporting the women's basketball program, developing players, and overseeing recruitment. The assistant basketball coach will also helping further develop, implement, and evaluate components of departmental athletic events and leadership programs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Specific knowledge of basketball and advanced knowledge of a particular basketball specialty.

Knowledge of coaching theory and advanced knowledge of coaching technique.

Extensive knowledge of the organization and operation of the College, both administratively and academically.

Ability to develop successful programs which engage student-athletes and coaches in developing student-athlete leaders.
