Men's Swimming Assistant Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach Men's Swimming is responsible for assisting in the coaching, management, administration, organization, recruitment, and retention of the Men's Swimming team. This position will need to have achieved the necessary certification for coaching within the sport as determined by its national governing body.

Qualifications:

• 4 year college degree: B.A. or B.S. in Business Management, Sports Management or similar; 6 + years in an administrative function with 5+ of those years in Action Sports management and/or coaching.
• Strong leadership and communication experience required.
• Well-developed communications skills; Current certifications preferable.
