As a full-time Associate Golf Professional at Austin Country Club, you will have the opportunity to work at one of the finest private country clubs in Texas. You will work closely with the head golf professional and other staff members to ensure that the golf course and facility are maintained at the highest standards. This full-time position works 8 - 10 hour shifts, Tuesday - Sunday.

You will receive competitive compensation in the form of an 88% commission on all lessons, a $150/month clothing allowance, and up to $1,000 in relocation assistance. MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS AN ASSOCIATE GOLF PROFESSIONAL

As the Associate Golf Professional at our golf course, you have the opportunity to showcase your leadership and management skills by directing and managing all aspects of our premier private golf course. You are responsible for ensuring that all operations are consistently meeting the high expectations of our members in terms of quality, efficiency, and reputation. In this role, you work closely with the senior assistant and head golf professional to assist in the management of golf operations, while also playing golf with members, teaching, and promoting our summer sports camps and junior programs.

You need to be familiar with V1 teaching software and assist with club fitting and the use of Trackman to improve our members' experiences. Along with the merchandiser, you also help with hard good buying, and with the starter, marshal, and driving range tee monitor, you ensure that all areas of the golf course are running smoothly. You also take the lead on all WGA and junior tournaments. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining inventory control and cash bank, assisting with payroll and hiring or firing of employees, and keeping the shop clean and tidy at all times. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSOCIATE GOLF PROFESSIONAL

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience
• PGA level 3 certification OR class A1 status

Country club experience and basic computer skills would be a plus!
