Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual for the role of Masters Swim Coach. The coach will be responsible for teaching all levels of our swim program. We have a strong institutional commitment to excellence and diversity among our faculty and staff, and we highly encourage candidates who will contribute to our academically and culturally inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications:
High School or GED Diploma, or College Degree.
Effective communication skills in English; Ability to communicate with adult swimmers, coaches, and Freedom Center management verbally and in email.
Current US Masters Swimming (USMS) Member or membership acquired prior to employment.
USMS Certified Level 1 or higher Coach within 2 months of accepting the position. USMS Certified Level 2 Coach or higher preferred.
