Sports and Adventure Coordinator

Job Summary

Oversee competitive sports and adventure programs, managing daily operations, risk management, policies, procedures, facility, scheduling, staff, training, leadership development, marketing, promotions, and program assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Physical Education, Recreation, Sport Management, or related field/degree.   
• 1 year of related experience in sport, outdoor, and/or climbing industry, preference within a collegiate program.
• Professional experience with indoor climbing and/or outdoor climbing preferred.
• Experience with sport rules design/implementation, programming, officiating, and training officials.
• Experience with social media and marketing promotions.
