Associate Talent Booker

Job Summary

The Associate Talent Booker supports sports' booking department, managing guest bookings across all shows and platforms. Contribute to editorial and feature bookings, coordinate with producers, track new voices, and enhance show segments. Build and maintain relationships with sports and entertainment talent and industry stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1-3 years of experience in sports and/or sports and entertainment talent booking for cable television or network entertainment

Previous experience coordinating remote and in-person Talent appearances

Overall understanding of television production & knowledge of sports

Awareness of Sports slate of programming

Interest in working with talent at all levels

Working knowledge of typical office tech: ZOOM, Email, Calendar Invitations, Microsoft Office, G Suite shared documents & spreadsheets
