Job Summary

The role involves serving as an assistant coach for a sports program, assisting the Head Coach with coaching, practice planning, game strategies, and athlete development. Responsibilities include recruiting qualified student-athletes, ensuring compliance with NCAA and conference rules, participating in sports camps, providing guidance to athletes, and fulfilling other duties as required for the program's success.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in exercise science, kinesiology, sports management, or related field and one year of coaching at the collegiate level.

Division III coaching experience in the sport of preferably with a working knowledge of NCAA rules compliance.

A proven ability to recruit and retain quality student-athletes.

Commitment to the values, standards and expectations of NCAA Division III athletics and a liberal arts university.
