Assistant Coach, Baseball Tier 1

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of team organization, training, and competition preparation. Responsibilities include recruiting potential student-athletes, participating in academic support, organizing statistics collection, assisting in media day preparation, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. Experience with competitive playing or coaching experience, college-level preferred.
3. Prefer possession of coaching experience at the high school level or above.
4. Thorough understanding of modern coaching methods, designing game plans, and assigning student athletes to appropriate positions.
5. Able to demonstrate effective recruitment techniques and assess talent of players being recruited.
