Assist. Coach - Swim & Dive

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach for Men's & Women's Swim and Dive program will assist the Head Coach in various aspects of program operations, including coaching, recruiting coordination, communication with prospective student-athletes, data and meet management, social media management, teaching physical education courses, and participating in departmental activities.

Skills/Education/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Two years swim coaching experience or three years of college swimming experience.
3. Must have a clear understanding of the NCAA Division III philosophy and the role of athletics in a private, liberal arts academic setting.
4. Technical knowledge of Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving and the demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge.
5. Knowledge of applicable team or individual sports and playing rules.
