Job Summary

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Modern Football Technology. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our analytics and sports technology solutions to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, lead generation, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will also collaborate with our product development team to provide feedback from customers and contribute to product improvement.

 

 Qualifications

 

Experience as a graduate assistant or quality control at the FBS level

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Passion for football and ability to speak knowledgeably about the sport specifically from a coach’s perspective

Experience in selling technology products or services

Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced selling environment

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or a related field

 

Have you been on the coaching staff of an FBS/FCS level program?

 

 

 

 

 

We are a football technology company. We created a software platform that helps football programs extract value from inadequately gathered and underutilized data. The value is realized in the form of dominant competitive advantages on the field, while reducing the time coaches analyze data.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the full sales process including product demonstrations, proposal build and communication, and agreement negotiation/execution.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through direct and indirect networking in the football industry.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and identify new prospects.
  • Conduct demos with potential clients.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to determine new campaigns and sales enablement strategies.
  • Use CRM software effectively to manage and update leads and opportunities, and ensure a seamless handover to the respective sales team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ year of sales experience post graduation
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years sales experience post-graduation or experience as a graduate assistant or quality control at the FBS level
  • Experience in sales development, sales or marketing; experience with sports organizations, college athletic departments and trainers or technology-enabled services is an advantage
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for football and ability to speak knowledgeably about the sport, specifically from a coach's perspective

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
