Job Summary
The position will be serving as the second in command in the absence of the head coach and oversee the management, administration, organization of the men's basketball program and its coaching staff.
Duties of the Assistant Coach include:
- Helping in all the facets of managing the budget
- Holding the players accountable on/off the court if the head coach is not around
- Adherence and monitoring the compliance to all the rules of NCAA and conference
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in coaching
- NCAA rules knowledge
