Job Summary

The position will be in charge creating and maintaining all the facats of Cross Country program for the College while remaining updated of all planning/orgnanizing/development of the College of Cross Country program.

What you will be doing:

• Developing of recruiting plan
• Abide by all the NJCAA rules and regulations
• Promoting the educational welfare and sportsmanship of student athlete
• Helping to maintain athletic eligibility
• Conducting camps to provide community service
• Organizing an scheduling of practice sessions
• Other related tasks

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal
• Budget preparation/supervision skills
• Some travel may be required
