Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Manage the Guest Services desk during all home games.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS
Reports To: Event Presentation & Marketing Manager
Indirectly Reports To:Director of Marketing
GAME/EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Game night responsibilities: Yes
Approximate number of games worked per season: ALL HOME GAMES
Event night responsibilities: No
Approximate number of events worked per season: None
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist guests with any questions they have during games.
- Direct fans on how to earn and redeem app rewards points.
- Address customer complaints and relay necessary information to full-time staff.
- Makes minor decisions and the use of some judgement.
All other duties as assigned.
