Job Summary

The Premium Services Concierge serves as liaison to ensure that Five Star Service is provided as it relates to, but not limited to Ticketing, Catering, Housekeeping, Finance, and general Arena Operations.

Minimum of 1 year proven guest service experience. Hospitality industry experience a plus.
