Job Summary
The customer service coordinator position is primarily focused on meeting the service related needs of our fans.
How we communicate with our customers in terms of our availability, manner and content are of critical importance to how our fans perceive the organization and this position is intended to address that need directly.
The customer service coordinator is charged with being a primary provider of service to our customers, both in verbal and written form, while influencing others within the office to meet our service standards in a meaningful and efficient way.
