Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily contact with Season Ticket Members and guests as frontline for inquiries through answering the general phone line and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Provide World-Class + customer service to Season Ticket Members, their guests and all fans
Manage the daily operations of the Client Services Lounge
Coordinating the Sales & Service team VIP tours including route preparation, compiling collateral, greeting prospects & facilitating introductions
Assist the sales and service staff with Season Ticket Member benefits, giveaways, and coordinating and executing various events in conjunction with games
Confirm ticket orders, manage and update database, assist with the overall sales process, including event and game day duties
Work closely with the Sales & Service staff and other departments on various projects as assigned
