JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily management of the Facility Operations Department. Performs administrative duties, manages cleaning crew and third party vendor(s) for all Rangers Baseball games and events.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Manages the overnight clean of the Globe Life Park in Arlington after all major events

Assist in the management of daily administration (time cards, p cards, purchase orders, etc.)

Assist staff with correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative duties

Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of Globe Life Park, the parking lots and other Rangers Assets

Accountable for improving Rangers trash/recycle and greening initiatives

Assist Event Setup Team and other Rangers personnel as necessary

Ability to work with the painting team to advise and manage as needed

Other responsibilities as assigned



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma; college degree preferred

Previous experience managing seasonal and full-time staff

Strong organizational and computer skills

Effective communication skills (bilingual preferred)

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Flexible hours including nights and weekends
