Job Summary

The NFL Team are seeking highly motivated, energetic professional to join their Ticket Office, on a full-time basis, as a Manager of Ticket Operations.

Principal Job Functions:

To provide support and assist in various areas of ticket operations, including staffing, cash control, event management and serve as departmental liaison.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain events on the Ticketmaster and Archtics system

- Create and distribute various financial ticketing reports

- Manage day-to-day season, playoff and single game ticketing
- Perform account and system maintenance for season ticket and waitlist accounts
- Assist in the collection of funds, processing of payments, customer invoicing, and season ticket shipment

- Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed
