Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet, direct, and assist guests that arrive on the suite level
• Provide information or directions to guest to ensure they know where they are headed
• Offer suggestions to make the game day experience one of the best
• Responsible for distributing promotional fliers
• Set up suites for clients including but not limited to audio/visual equipment
• Deliver game programs to suites
• Address any fan concerns and complaints
• Monitor the suite concierge phone lines
• Additional duties may be assigned
