Gameday Marketing and Sales Specialist

• Ability to engage consumers and enthusiastically present the features and benefits of the Minnesota Twins MasterCard
• Must be able to commit to a MINIMUM of 5 home games that include two weekends, per month.
• Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• 1-2 yrs Sales and/or promotion experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Commitment to service excellence, customer satisfaction and a willingness to sell
• Professionally answer questions about the product's features and benefits
• Politely encourage interested customers to complete an application for the product
• Assertive, confident, persistent and results-oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to walk distances and make use of stairs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
