Description



We are looking for a collaborative and analytical Technical Product Manager who has a passion for solving problems through technology, enterprise systems & analysis. This person will understand business priorities to build a product roadmap, will prioritize building a relationship with the customer and has a keen interest in both fitness and technology. This role works with front line staff, solution architects, project managers and other business units to build the best solutions that will solve the business needs and align with enterprise initiatives.

Examples of Work Performed

Responsible for creating and communicating the multi-year roadmap for each of their assigned businesses
Develops a deep understanding of the tools and process in use
Organizes and evangelizes the unique opportunities and challenges in their product space
Collaborates with ServiceDesk to ensure production support requirements are met for the technology programs & systems in their assigned businesses
Works with technology and business teams to manage priorities, concepts, specs and the overall product roadmap
Is the liaison between business team and technology vendors, such as the POS system
Researches and defines product features in order to most beneficially impact member experience while minimizing other factors such as time to market and cost.
Manages the product lifecycle of an initiative, focuses on the requirements gathering process, iteration planning and UAT support
Gathers requirements for business problems to be solved, including discovery documentation, business process diagrams, and user story requirements
Coordinates with other teams to transform customer requisites into programs and strategies.
