Digital Clubhouse Attendant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and take down of display screens, charging stations, VR experience, prizes and other elements in the Digital Clubhouse space.
• Curating content for real-time display in the Twins' Digital Clubhouse
• Set up and take down of display screens, charging stations, prizes, and other elements in the Digital Clubhouse space
• Assisting guests with various interactive activities including touchscreen games, the Ballpark App, and prize redemption within the Digital Clubhouse
• Assisting guests with way-finding information
• Answering questions regarding Target Field amenities, services, and policies/procedures
• Alerting team leaders to first-aid, housekeeping or security incidents
• Acting as an ambassador for Twins baseball
• Other various Guest Service duties as needed

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and editorial skills, well organized and detail oriented
• Technologically savvy, able to troubleshoot multiple computers and screens
• Outgoing, creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about Twins baseball
• Able to remain productive in a distracting environment
• Excellent judgment
• Ability to work a minimum of 60 games during 2017 season

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift and carry boxes and promotional equipment weighing as much as 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk steps to visit fans during games
• Must be able to work in a standing position for majority of work day
• Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer
• Must be able to be productive in an work environment where the noise level can be high at times
