SUMMARY

Under Armour is seeking a driven Analyst for our growing Direct to Consumer Analytics team.  The Analytics team is charged with supporting and delivering proactive, actionable insights across a variety of functional areas including marketing, merchandising, product management, UX, operations, retail and customer service. The Analyst will support the Senior Manager of Analytics & Optimization with reporting and analysis activities including website performance, customer analytics, A/B testing, analytics feature tagging requirements and overall site performance. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyze site performance including traffic trends, conversion paths, product interactions and marketing drivers to improve user experience and drive website KPIs (conversion, RPV, etc)
  • Partner with ecommerce team to identify and fill gaps in current reporting and dashboards
  • Monitor and Analyze site A/B tests compiling and presenting formal results with recommendations for next steps
  • Assists with defining Adobe Analytics tagging requirements for new site features to enable measurement and QA Adobe Tracking on new site features prior to launch
  • Maintain and optimize daily DTC reporting in collaboration with Senior Analysts
  • Manage the historical performance notes by recording key calendar events (campaigns, new products, promotions, etc) which can be leveraged to build accurate demand forecasts and identify risks/opportunities
  • Support DTC Analytics team with ad hoc analyses as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytic skills, attention to detail, along with the ability to make recommendations based on analysis are extremely important
  • Adobe Analytics – Adhoc, Analysis Workspace, Report Builder and Reporting & Analytics experience required
  • Experience defining business tagging requirements for site analytics
  • Experience with site optimization tools (Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target or Maxymiser)
  • Exhibits strong Ecommerce business acumen when analyzing the business and identifying risks/opportunities.
  • Advanced skills using applicable software (Excel) and computer applications to generate analyses and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations; has a keen eye for details
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills resulting in action oriented recommendations
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Attention to detail, able to multi-task, troubleshoot and problem solve

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS in marketing, economics, statistics, business or other quantitative discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in an ecommerce analytics or product management role – preferably in a retail environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics & Excel
  • Experience with SAS, SQL or Tableau is a plus
