Job Summary

Working as part of a small team of Managers for Sportradar's Integrity Services team, your key duties will include providing reports to key clients when instances of betting-related manipulation are detected by our team of expert analysts, in addition to many other important responsibilities. Sportradar's Fraud Detection System (FDS) remains the world's leading monitoring service, and we are hoping you can contribute to its exponential growth. We are ideally seeking candidates with trading experience (with thorough understanding of US betting markets), and the drive to lead a team to meet tight deadlines, without compromising on quality and efficiency. The role is predominantly US sports focused and an extensive knowledge of different leagues and competitions worldwide is a must. Candidates with knowledge of other sports - namely rugby, tennis, cricket, snooker and US sports - are also highly desired, as the Security Services is constantly expanding its monitoring capabilities.

THE CHALLENGE

• Lead discussion on sporting fixtures under investigation
• Take responsibility for official reporting output to tight deadlines
• Develop new ideas to drive the FDS product forward
• Manage and develop the FDS Minneapolis team of analysts
• Ownership of certain product areas
• Assisting the US sales team with client requests
• Briefing clients, potential clients, and members of the media

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years trading experience is desirable
• Experience of leading projects and developing business ideas
• Excellent knowledge of US sports
• Excellent knowledge of betting and sports integrity environment
• Outstanding people management skills
• Excellent command of the English language
