Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to build, develop, and coach a team of strategic Account Executives. This sales leader will oversee a team of 10-12 inside sales executives and motivate them to proactively seek out new opportunities in key accounts across all markets.
Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop sales people;

Hold all team members accountable;

Ability to create and implement business plans;

Understanding of Pipeline Management;

Create and execute goals for your team based on business needs;

Guide sales team though contract negotiation and closing new business;
-
Utilize Salesforce.com to manage sales pipeline, monitor activity, and analyze reports;
-
Define and prioritize addressable market of key target groups;
-
Develop individualized action plans based on accounts and territory;
-
Remain up-to-date on current activities while driving new business;
-
Act as liaison between Account Management Team and Project Management Team;

Create and deliver presentations to Senior Management.
