Job Summary
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages Premium Services staff, including scheduling, payroll and on-site supervision
- Interviews and hires Premium Services staff and ensures that eligibility requirements are met and paperwork is complete prior to start of employment
- Develops and conducts training programs for event staff
- Creates and executes plans for procurement of supplies, equipment, and uniform parts for staff as needed, prior to and during the baseball season
- Creates collateral materials and operating procedures for operation of Suite Level, Delta SKY360 Club, Thomson Reuters Champions Club, Budweiser Roof Deck, and other premium areas
- Participates in client relations activities outside of events, and serves as the primary operational point of contact for premium customers and account administrators
- Serves as a primary client relations representative, in association with Twins Sales and Concessions representatives, on event days for Premium area ticket holders
- Serves as the Operations Department representative on the Twinsfest Event Committee
Requirements
- Three to five years stadium, arena, hospitality industry or event management experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well organized and detail oriented.
- Highly creative and enthusiastic.
- Experience with ABI MasterMind software is preferred.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday, as deemed necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to move around the facility for extended periods of time
- Must be able to ascend/descend stairs
- Must be able to operate a computer for extended periods of time
