POSITION SUMMARY

As part of Direct To Consumer (DTC) team, the Merchant Operations Analyst supports The North Face DTC team by ensuring all material information of complex assortments, purchase orders, pricing and promotional activity is accurate and correctly entered and maintained in our data systems to ensure a positive Customer Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain complex item master information.
• Enter and update complex purchase orders as provided from the merchant teams.
• Resolve issues related to purchase order receipts, promotional pricing, permanent pricing, and item set up.
• Partner with cross functional teams to problem solve issues regarding item or purchase order visibility.
• Audit data upon entry.
• Create weekly and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain pricing and promotional integrity.
• Execute special projects as it relates to item set up and/or order integrity.
• Other projects as needed.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 2 + years of related professional experience
• College degree or higher
• Computer/Software Applications:  AS400 / Outlook / Excel / SAP desired but not necessary
• Efficient and accurate data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized and ability to prioritize
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Understanding of Retail or related experience preferred
