Job Summary
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate research projects and assist with the content generation for partnership proposal and recaps, including providing demographic and other research data.
- Oversee activation and fulfillment on assigned partnership clients including:
- Attend meetings and become the execution contact for each client
- Coordinate promotional activities as related to assigned partners' agreements
- Serve as liaison between corporate partnerships, marketing, ticket sales and operations, with respect to day-to-day game events involving assigned corporate partners
- Game day or other responsibilities, as assigned
- Serve as point person for collecting and distributing data from third parties such as Repucom, Nielsen Sports (formerly Scarborough), Nielsen Audio (formerly Arbitron), and Nielsen TV.
- Provide custom and up-to-date research and information to the department, while developing sales positioning one-sheets and composing sales support materials based upon syndicated research data
- Serve as the centralized department resource for organizational, league, and industry data such as ratings, attendance, demographics, etc
Requirements
- Minimum 4-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Sports Management or other relatable field
- Experience in marketing and/or consumer research, including a background pulling and interpreting syndicated data (i.e., Nielsen Sports and Nielsen Audio, Repucom or similar systems)
- Significant working knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to proactively analyze prospect and current accounts and work with account executives and activation coordinators to provide research and data to support revenue growth
- Advanced working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle a flexible schedule, maintaining availability during weekends, game days and nights as needed
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
- Attention to detail is a must
- Self-starter
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally asked to lift/move 20 pounds for fulfillment obligations
