Job Summary

External Job Description:

AEG Digital Services is conducting a search for a Project Analyst Intern to work on our projects surrounding our IT/Digital Services initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in the following areas:
•Help prepare project documents: Charter, WBS, Project Plan, Risk & Issues Log, Lessons Learned
•Support project management phases such as initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
•Coordinate and facilitate project meetings. Prepare agendas, generate meeting minutes.
•Generate reports: status reports, dashboards, and roadmaps
Support the PMO in the following areas:
•Develop standard project templates
•Identify process improvements opportunities
•Analyze resource utilization and perform portfolio analysis

Requirements:
•Must be a full-time student at an accredited university or college and must provide proof of enrollment
•Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISO, Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with MS Project a plus.
•Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
•Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Exceptional time management skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
•Must be able to work at least 16 hours/week
