Job Summary

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Actively supporting the end-to-end product management process for the Reebok Brand. This includes controlling the seasonal creation planning process, a cross-BU & cross-functional process that marks the beginning of a cycle determining the seasonal product range of the company. This process has a major impact on all aspects of the business including giving visibility to the business in support of achievement of financial objectives and overall strategic business plans based on the analysis of key performance indicators. 

Ensuring that product master data setup through the systems is correctly maintained. This includes the coding of the company products according to their product hierarchy and acting as the lead contact person for Group Data Management, IT and other stakeholders.

Assist in driving all major Product-centric, cross-functional brand initiatives including but not limited to financial targets, strategic business plans and major initiatives to enhance efficiency & effectiveness across all categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Controlling the seasonal planning process both content wise and systemically, including document management, definition of seasonal calendar as it relates to Business Units (BU’s), product minimums management, cross-functional review and KPI management.
  • Ability to work with different systems in conjunction with product coding and master data to ensure proper coding. This includes a regular review of existing coding structures, requesting new product codes and system error log reviews.
  • Product Creation reporting to provide transparency of key performance indicators via both financial scorecards and standardized reporting specific to product creation such as: GiM, Range Complexity, Volume & Sales
  • Maintaining an analytical mind-set, collaborating and continuing to include innovative thinking to strategically synthesize complex data sets and develop progressive solutions.
  • Development and application of advanced analytical tools.
  • Active participation in Product-centric, brand financial projects with successful project implementation and sustainability of achievements.
  • Development and implementation of professional communication packets for the presentation of project and/or tasks results, recommendations and solutions.
  • Development and implementation of standardized reporting and ad hoc analysis pertaining to a wide variety of Product-centric topics across Brand, Categories & Markets.
  • Business partner to Business Analysts in the Reebok BU’s to the Range Architecture team as well as other group functions.

BU Finance Leads, Product Marketing Sr. Directors, Design Sr. Directors, Innovation, POPs VP/Sr. Directors, CCS Senior Director, Range Architecture Director, GDM, Adidas Brand cross-functional

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years’ work experience
  2. Bachelor’s degree
  3. Business and Financial Analysis Experience
  4. Advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Skills
  5. Effective communication skills (presentation and written)
  6. Ability to manage relationships with key partners throughout global organization
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects
  8. Product Development/Costing experience desired
  9. Outstanding skills to identify risks and opportunities
  10. Affinity for working with IT/BI systems
  11. Good understanding of system landscapes and/or tools (SAP, BI/MSTR, TM1, SPM, and MP) is advantageous
