Our Marketing team lives to ensure fans across 300+ Experience partners love our product just as much as we do through relatable, targeted, and thoughtful communication.

Are you a multi-faceted marketer with a broad range of skills (think: ideation, data analysis, design, and execution)? Then we want to talk to you.

We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Manager to work across all aspects of our marketing group to help our sports and entertainment partners use more of our technology, drive new fans to our products, and keep them coming back for more. The right person for this role will serve as a “jack-of-all-trades” and work within each of these marketing areas:

  • B2B / Product Marketing
  • Partner Marketing / Acquisition
  • Database Marketing / Retention and Reengagement

 

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING

B2B / Product Marketing:

  • Develop, write, and edit content that captivates sports and entertainment leaders in relevant ways
  • Track the production of content against our editorial calendar and execute campaigns on time (and under budget)
  • Help enable our sales team to create a differentiated position and message for our products in the market
  • Organize, test, and update high-impact sales collateral and presentations

Partner Marketing:

  • Draft and edit marketing content (email, web, social, etc.) on behalf of our partners
  • Create digital graphics utilizing design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch) on behalf of our partners
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing programs in a manner that clearly identifies the effectiveness of each marketing tactic, marketing channel and promotion (price and inventory)
  • Manage and update marketing playbooks that contain proven, ready-to-execute partner marketing programs

Database Marketing:

  • Collaborate with other members of the database team to develop email marketing campaigns and execute against season-long email strategies and timelines
  • Help roll out new automated email programs and maintain the always-evolving content
  • Analyze email and SMS results to identify trends and key learnings to help us improve our marketing strategies
  • Become an expert user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)

Support

  • Participate in our company-wide customer support efforts

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Business or other related field
  • 3+ years experience in sports, entertainment, and / or marketing OR 3+ years experience in account management
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) or Sketch
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes undefined, working environment
  • Detail-oriented, thorough and organized
  • Proficiency in Keynote and Excel
  • Position to be based out of Atlanta, GA

Nice to Have

  • User of one or more Experience products
  • Has an opinion on which is better, college or pro sports
  • Loves coffee, tea, or bubbly drinks…our marketing team can’t get enough of them
  • Can speak just as easily to software developers as sales professionals
  • Sense of humor – like, needs to either be hilarious or laugh a lot
