Job Summary
Purpose: The Senior Manager of Email Marketing will drive the development, execution, and analysis of the email marketing strategy, supporting Reebok’s Direct to Consumer business and brand marketing initiatives. This role manages a team of three to deliver against aggressive sales goals while maintaining a relevant, premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a holistic channel strategy incorporating emerging trends across platforms, design, and communication techniques to deliver best in class experiences.
Manage the strategy and execution of all automated and lifecycle campaign needs including creative delivery, new campaign rollout, and existing campaign optimizations.
Best in class knowledge of consumer communications strategy, techniques and design.
Drive channel results to ensure sales, traffic, and brand KPIs are met.
Create and execute framework to measure and optimize programs through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
Work with content, merchandising and design leads to ensure creative is delivered on time, supports brand and commercial needs, adheres to brand style guidelines, and leverages industry best practices.
Lead the management of relationships with third-party vendors and tools that power our programs, including the exploration and piloting of new tools.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Experience leading cross-functional high-performance teams.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously and the ability to manage complex projects on a regional level.
Ability to drive small & large teams to solutions on production and project issues, including teams of internal business customers and external vendors.
A strong understanding of merchandise hierarchy and best practices throughout the industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions to technical and business issues.
Good design aesthetic and a strong ability to judge visual appearance.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, “self-starter” environment and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
The ability to use and understand financial and numerical data to make decisions.
Ability to balance the art and science of brand presentation.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or Marketing
A minimum 5 years of related experience, with a combination of at least 2 of these years in Retail or eCommerce Merchandising.
Proven analytical experience required, expected to provide examples of testing strategies, analyzing results using web analytics, and putting in an action plan for improvement.
