POSITION SUMMARY

 

As a member of the Marketing team, the Wholesale Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of channel specific wholesale visual and marketing plans based on corporate and seasonal brand initiatives.  This position will report into the Account Marketing Manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of seasonal and corporate brand marketing and visual plans for wholesale accounts.  Work directly with key account managers to help oversee campaign development, asset creation, distros and briefs.
  • Work directly with internal Sales management to ensure dealers within specific regions are supported and are executing on the Brand’s seasonal storytelling.  Partner with sales reps to support the development and execution of seasonal storytelling for specific assigned accounts.  This includes marketing campaigns, in store executions and event activations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Agency Marketing reps to help support our broad dealer base.  In collaboration with AMR, ensure dealers within specific regions are supported and are executing on the Brand’s seasonal storytelling. 
  • As part of the Go-to-Market process, collaborate with our Cross Functional marketing teams to help create consumer promotional concepts that build brand equity and drive seasonal initiative stories at all consumer touch points.  This includes, but not limited to advertising, sports marketing, in-store, PR and events.
  • Promote seasonal concepts and programs with select accounts and Agency Marketing Reps and ensure the programs are being supported and executed appropriately. Gather reports, photos, recaps of programs to share internally and help advise future planning.
  • Maintain current knowledge of outdoor industry marketing activities to create closer relationships with key retailers and establish successful Account Marketing programs.

 

SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+years of related professional experience
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing.
  • Computer/Software Applications: Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email are required.
  • A proven track record of driving sales through the execution of successful marketing plans.
  • Experience with dealer marketing program execution.
  • Knowledge of the Outdoor Industry is preferred.
  • Strong communicator.  Confident in communicating with internal and external contacts and building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and play a lead role in cross-functional team environment. Work closely with sales department.
