Job Summary
The Global User Experience Research team shapes the product and design direction of ACTIVE by providing data-driven answers to the company’s most important questions. Composed of HCI researchers, designers, and analysts, our team makes an impact across ACTIVE by uncovering rich, deep insights that inform and perfect the product design and creative process using qualitative and quantitative research research tools.
As an Associate Consumer Insights Analyst, it is your responsibility to provide insights that shape the roadmap and direction for ACTIVE’S business and market opportunities. To do so, you’ll work closely with general management, product and marketing teams across the company to answer key business questions by leading, planning, and executing quantitative insights research. You will play an important role in ensuring that our data-driven culture is maintained throughout all product and design initiatives.
