We are looking for a Web Developer in our Boston office to build highly efficient, user-friendly, web and mobile-based experiences. Someone who has a keen curiosity and interest in physical computing and the Internet of Things. Someone who is passionate about what malleable data means and believes that data is the new creative. You love digging into APIs to find new and interesting ways to create new utilities.

We work in a fast paced environment with multi-tasking is paramount. You would evaluate and recommend platforms and tools to solve business problems. Candidate should be a self-starter, be self-motivated as well as have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance for integration and implementation of Front End Interfaces
• Help designers with fleshing out designs that are obtainable
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize activities while also making sound decisions based on the known facts
• Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Work closely with the other a&g teams including Creative, User Experience, Business Leadership, Analytics and Digital Production
• Study, research and evaluate new technologies, systems and procedures and implement and educate other agency personnel on those discoveries

Skills & Requirements:

• .NET and Sitecore CMS skills are imperative
• Proven experience developing high-level applications with a focus on object-oriented programming
• Expertise with responsive design, HTML5, CSS (LESS/SASS), JavaScript (jQuery), SVGs and utilization of web APIs
• Working knowledge with other CMS, ex: Umbraco, EPiServer
• An expert understanding of the MVC development pattern
• Experience with Git versioning systems
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong ability to explain complex subjects in simple, easy to understand terms
• Resourceful problem solver
• Uncompromising attention to detail
• Can perform as a leader with minimal supervision
• Certification a plus
