The Opportunity

StubHub is looking for talented Senior Product Manager to bring the live event experience to life for consumers through our iOS and Android App products. Our best-in-class apps have been featured on the App Store and Play Store numerous times (App Store Essentials, Play Store Top Developer, Best New App, 3D Touch Apps, AR Apps We Love, and many more), and we want you to help us continue to lead in our category. You will play a key role in crafting amazing experiences for our global user base in both our iOS and Android apps (phone, tablet, wearables, TV, etc.). Day-to-day responsibilities include driving scrum team(s) to execute your roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams to organize new product/feature launches, analyzing the responses of our experiences and using data/insights for building one of a kind experience. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be a key member of the App Product team and can have an immediate impact leading our fastest-growing experiences critical to the company's success.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Develop the roadmap for StubHub iOS and Android apps, and own the ideation, development and launch of creative product features that provide significant value to the customer, are unique, and remove friction from the transaction process
Ability to drive internal API improvements required for delivering the ideal user experience for our users. Be unafraid to dive into the technical details that inhibit, or enhance, the product experience that our users desire, as well as drive other teams to provide needed updates
Define granular product requirements in an Agile manner (user stories), and partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and QE to drive sprint planning, story prioritization, product backlog grooming and roadmap creation
Account for, and own, the business and product Key Performance Indicators (Sales, Conversions, Engagement, etc.), and be responsible for implementing tracking capabilities to monitor the performance of your products and features launched in on-going basis
Specify, prioritize, and communicate high level and detailed product specifications through user stories, business rules and flows, and user experience generated deliverables such as wireframes/design/prototypes and copy documents
Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies alongside Product Marketing team to launch new products and services globally. Basic understanding of App user acquisition strategies and standards is necessary
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance the user experience
Build and communicate presentations (and other documents) to leverage the information you possess to drive decisions, achieve goals and consolidate shared understandings amongst other groups
Utilize strong market, data and statistical analysis skills and apply these skills to resolve strategic business as well as product questions, product design and technical issues
Ability to manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional, distributed teams and multiple client groups
Mentor other Product Managers on the team, and assist in developing core competencies and applying previous learnings and/or experiences to assist them in successfully delivering on their projects/goals

Education, Skills and Experience

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field
MBA degree is preferred
Minimum of 3 years Consumer App Product Management
Minimum of 7 years of overall Web/Mobile/App Product Management experience at a Consumer Internet or software company, or other relevant e-Commerce experience
Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment is required (scrum/kanban preferred)
Experience working with Globally distributed teams in multiple time zones is preferred
Excellent communication skills and experienced at presenting concepts to your team, as well as external and executive audiences
Passion for (and strong understanding of) iOS and/or Android Apps is desired - comprehend the latest device and platform technologies, trends and plans for future developments
Empathy for our customers (internal and external), and ability to have fun in dynamic culture with talented colleagues
Understanding and/or real passion for the ticketing or live event industry is a plus
