Manager of Membership Products

Job Summary

As the Manager of Membership Products, you are responsible for the development and marketing all membership products.

Products will include the following: Enthusiast Memberships, One-Day Race licenses, Merchandise, VIP and other a la carte products.

You will lead strategic planning, execution of product development, and member retention efforts.

The position will closely monitor performance of products and success of marketing efforts.

You will play a leading role in our membership on-site activation efforts.

You will act as the voice of the valued customer in meetings with technology, marketing, and membership teams, while developing new communications channels with members (e.g. newsletters, ambassador / street team).
