As a technical trainer I spent 7 to 10 hours a week training children between the ages of 9 to 13 years old. Coerver is a supplemental training tool that players would join outside of their academy teams. Our goal was to train and mold players to be great individual/team players.
National Team Athlete

As a professional athlete, I dedicate one to two months with the team. Our schedule included meetings, film analysis and intense training seven days a week to prepare for international competition. I have participated in 7 international tournaments and have 23 international caps.

As a full time student athlete, I efficiently managed a strenuous schedule of 40+ hours per week for training, competition, and coursework in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree. I was able to maintain a 3.3 GPA during the season whilst fulfilling my commitment to philanthropic extra-curricular activities.
