Job Summary

The position will be helping in all game day needs, special projects and office tasks.

Duties of Relations

• Game day operations assisting
• Helping in press box tasks before home games
• Production of daily notes for pre and post game as required
• Gameday items assisting
• Contribute on game programs
• Helping in archiving of the team's media & photo
• Assisting in special events as needed
• Replying to correspondence & feedback of the fans through various channels
• Online Pressbox updating

Duties of Broadcasting

• Helping in any set-up for game and event
• Responding to feedback & correspondence of the fans
• Assisting in promotional mail-outs
• Promotional items delivery
• Handling of occasional requests

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in written/oral communications
• MS Office proficiency
• Adobe InDesign experience preferred
