Job Summary

Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Ticket Sales and Service Intern to join our team! The main tasks of the intern will be making sure that ticket sale operations are coordinated in an effective manner. 

Job Responsiblities:

• Overseeing online event ticket marketing and sales programs as well as season tickets which includes sale, payment and fulfillment
• Coordinating ticket sales campaigns, including lead generation, contact and follow up inclusive of customer correspondence via phone, e-mail and in person
• Attending to account maintenance and some reporting functions utilizing Archtics ticketing software
• Overseeing premium package sales and retention efforts related to VIP hospitality, suites and group outings
• Assisting with corporate partnership research, proposal preparation, communication and fulfillment
• Managing contact lists, data- entry, answering phones, preparing meeting materials and running errands

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Archtics (ticket intern only)
