Special Events Intern

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping the Director of Events and Event Coordinators to prepare events materials by stages planning and execution.

Duties

• Helping to organize and manage event data
• Communicating with outside vendors/facilities
• Locating and generating of ticker sales for events
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Pursuing college students or graduate students
• Background in sports/event management is a plus
• Highly organized and resourceful
• Can manage competing demands
• Strong skills in communications
