Job Summary

Marketing Coordinator (1 Opening)

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for women’s basketball, volleyball, lacrosse and additional programs.
• Learn and operate various production elements for basketball, volleyball, football and lacrosse game days,
• Operation of Click Effects music and Daktronics software.
• Actively sell season, group and single-game tickets.
• Oversee the sports marketing student-worker staff and student-worker event schedule.
• Schedule and assign staff, volunteers and performers to handle game day operations.
• Involved with social media and digital marketing efforts for the official social media accounts.
• Work to continually improve on-campus marketing efforts and student outreach.
• Represent athletics at community events and increase brand awareness.

Digital Media Coordinator (1 Opening)

• Create all digital content for football, basketball, volleyball and lacrosse video boards.
• Create content for use on social media, print, website and other communication tools.
• Design artwork for a variety of promotional giveaway items.
• Assist with creating and enhancing content within the department’s current marketing campaign.
• Proactively work within a small team environment and manage multiple projects at once.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design applications.
• Working knowledge of marketing, promotions and ticket sales techniques in collegiate or professional sports.
• Previous experience in collegiate or professional sports preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, punctual, willing to learn and a self-starter.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
