Job Summary

• Responsible for providing support and assistance to the entire Sales Department and Customer Service team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Servicing all ticket and group accounts.
• Creating sales proposals.
• Customer fulfillment and assisting in all aspects of renewals and new sales.
• Assisting during games.
• Season ticket-holder events and group events.
• Maintaining excellent business relations with group leaders.
• Season ticket and premium account holders.
• Assisting with mailings to current and future ticket/group/premium account holders.
• Answering incoming calls and questions about upcoming games.
• Maintaining records of our current clients.
• Generating reports of our current and future clients as well as aiding with all group events/initiatives, sales department hospitality and guests during games.  

Qualifications

• Requires exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Reliable, able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays during the baseball season. 
• Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
