Ticket Office Internship

Job Summary

• Assist with training camp for the Ticket Office


• Assist with taking calls from account holders


• Mailing out tickets for account holders


•  Assist with the transfers of PSLs and scanning documents


• Identify and assess customers needs to resolve questions and issues


• Respect and maintain privacy and security through professional interactions both internal and external to the organization

• High School Degree Required/College Degree Preferred


• Strong communication skills, active listening skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of team


• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time


• Ability to take direction


• Detail oriented 


• Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9-5


• For some home games at Stadium, availability to arrive 4 hours prior to kickoff and work until the beginning of halftime
